Please give 24 Hours’ notice if you need to cancel / reschedule your appointment so that I can fit another client in.

Arriving more than 15 mins late for your appointment is equivalent to the CANCELLATION POLICY.
If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment, your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE, and you will need to reschedule.
